This catalogue was created by working closely with Ros Newman's collection of personal archival material. As the show was a retrospective of her many years of work as a sculptor, I included snippets of photographic film and photos of Ros at work as a focal point for the catalogue. I created two illustrations to be used throughout the catalogue; one of Ros' green lensed welding goggles and another of sparks flying.
The colour palette was developed from the warm sepia tones of the archival material alongside the deep metallic hues found in her sculptures.
